The Human Resources Office is responsible for providing a comprehensive and co-ordinated personnel service to the College community consistent with employment legislation and best practice.

Matters dealt with are wide ranging but include conditions of employment, discipline/grievance matters, employment law, industrial relations, the management of sickness absence, job evaluation and regrading, staff development, staffing policies and procedures and statutory statistical reports.

In addition a significant part of our work involves recruitment and selection and all related administration.
